Breckenridge, Colorado. February 28, 2025 - our second annual winter retreat took place alongside the NBS Summit. We relaxed, meditated, hot-tubbed, skied, snowboarded, and connected with new and old friends. Arielle Andrews graduated from beginner to intermediate skier with the help of PSIAA-certified ski instructor and Visible Figures founder, Stephanie Van Putten. The official Visible Figures chalet day consisted of yoga, paint-and-sip, professional massages, games, and karaoke.

February 2, 2025 - an intimate group of academics, creatives, entrepreneurs, and executives convened for live jazz and brunch at  Grace by Nia (Owner: Nia Grace). Tanya Wright (Orange is the New Black, Harriette of Harlem) shared her experience selling books in Target during the DEI boycott and Dr. Angela Jackson (Harvard lecturer and public board director) shared insights from her newly launched book (The Win-Win Workplace). 

Atlanta, Georgia. Washington, DC and Brooklyn, NY. November 16, 2024 - Yogi Sihnuu Hetep led a group yoga and sound bath experience at the home of real estate mogul Maia Shanklin Roberts. July 31, 2024 - During the largest festival week in Barbados, we convened executives, investors, and philanthropists for fellowship, retreat, and a rare opportunity to meet Prime Minister Mia Mottley at the historic Ilaro Court. In recognition of her phenomenal advocacy in climate and reparative capital, we presented PM Mottley with a commissioned portrait painted by world-renowned artist Gale Fulton Ross.

Notably: Ledisi, an internationally-acclaimed Jazz/R&B artist with an extraordinary European fan-base, Tish Gilbert who shared her experience raising children in Norway, Vera Baker who launched a Frankfurt-based fund (4P Capital) while residing in Paris, and Folake Shasanya, the highest ranking Nigerian-born woman at JP Morgan EMEA in London.
