The VFMH Models Fellowship will award $25K in cash and services to up to five multihyphenates for 12 months of media training, production support, social media management, accounting, and legal representation.  Apply by July 1st, 2026 1159PM ET to be a Visible Figures Model.

Brand growth.


The VFMH Models Fellowship is a 1-year contract awarding $25K in services to up to five talented multihyphenates with a demonstrated track record of reaching global audiences. During the 12-month program VFMH Models will get access to a stylist, public speaking coach, therapist, trainer, social media manager, lawyer, and accountant. The VFMH team will publicly and privately promote your personal brand and broker paid speaking, consulting, merchandising, and branding opportunities on your behalf.

📢Open Call (June) - applications can be completed here by Wednesday, July 1st, 2026 @ 11:59PM ET 

📞Call Backs (July & August) - top applicants will be contacted to schedule short (30-min) interviews
🔴Live Streams (September & October) - top call backs will be interviewed in person or virtually over live stream
🎯Selection (November) - highest performing interviews (clips) will be selected as the inaugural class of VFMH Models
⭐Showcase - on December 2nd, 2026 selected VFMH Models will be announced and showcased in Miami, FL

VFMH Models must be 21+, a US citizen, and eligible to work in the US. We do not discriminate based on race, color, gender, sex, sexual orientation, size, attractiveness, ability, religion, geography, or socioeconomic background.

Given the small size of our cohort (up to 5 Models) we provide high-touch, hyper-focused attention to perfecting your unique value proposition, your look, your feel, and your sound so that you can focus on showing up and performing at your best on- and off-screen.

Virtual and in-person interviews for top applicants will take place in July & August.

Some travel required for bookings (all expenses paid). 

Program Requirements (50 hours total min.):
  • Signed Management Contract 
  • Execution of Mutually Agreed Upon Bookings
  • 1-Hour Bi-Weekly Check-Ins
  • Two (2) Public Speaking Coaching Sessions
  • Two (2) Stylist Sessions
  • Four (4) Media Strategy Sessions
